2025 Albemarle High School Boys Soccer Information
Conditioning Preseason conditioning AHS coaching staff will be having training/conditioning sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting January 9th from 6:00 to 8:00pm. The training sessions will consist of conditioning activities, technical and tactical skills without the normal competitive pressures that occur throughout the regular season. Conditioning will be held on the turf. *Participation is not mandatory
Physicals Please note the AD Department must have your physical before you attend any conditioning session or practice. Please see AHS Athletics website.
Tryouts Albemarle High School has multiple soccer teams; a Varsity team, JV team. Tryouts for those teams will be begin on Monday, Feb 19th and will continue through Wednesday, Feb 21st. There is the possiblity that it will be extended through the week.
AHS Athletic Code of Conduct and Boys Soccer Team Rules The athletic code of conduct and boys soccer team rules are enforced year round, not just during the soccer season. Participation in athletics is a privilege and student athletes are held to a higher standard of conduct. Student athletes are expected to represent themselves, families, school, and soccer team in a positive manner. This includes all social media. The ACPS Athletic Code of Conduct can be found on the schools website under the athletic department page. Alcohol, drugs and tobacco/vaping are violations of the ACPS Athletic Code.

Soccer Booster Club Much of the success and enjoyment of the season is made possible by our parents’ involvement in the soccer booster club. Involvement and participation is encouraged. Please become an active member in the soccer booster club. Ways to support our teams can be found here.
